They seek to hire a Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of the life and annuity insurance operations. In this position the successful candidate will lead a team and provide strategic planning while ensuring compliance goals are met as well as enhancing customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee daily life and annuity business
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance operations professionals
- Ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Measure KPI's to optimize success
To be qualified, you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within the insurance industry
- 5+ years of insurance experience within life and annuity
- Bachelor's degree
- Relative insurance designations strongly preferred
