  • Direct impact on studio growth and revenue
  • High-energy culture that values confidence, professionalism, and hustle
  • Opportunity to grow into leadership roles (FOH Lead, Assistant Manager, Studio Manager)
  • A team-first environment with strong training and support
What You'll Own

Sales & Revenue

  • Sell memberships and class packs through in-person, phone, and digital follow-up
  • Convert leads into booked classes, trials, and memberships
  • Follow up daily on inquiries, leads, and no-shows
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Communicate promotions, pricing, and studio offerings with confidence
Client Experience
  • Welcome every client with energy and professionalism
  • Deliver a smooth check-in process and positive first class experience
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback quickly and respectfully
  • Build relationships that support retention and referrals
Front-of-House Operations
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for peak traffic
  • Support opening/closing duties and daily studio checklists
  • Manage phone, email, and internal communications promptly
  • Support the Studio Manager with administrative tasks as needed
Your Background
  • 23+ years of sales experience (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service environments preferred)
  • Confident communication skills (in-person and phone)
  • Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends as required

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, personable, and confident in conversations
  • Competitive in a healthy way you like winning and being measured
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask during busy rushes
What You Get
  • Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives
  • Free Rumble classes
  • Retail and Personal Training discounts
  • Paid training and coaching on the Rumble sales process
  • Growth opportunities across studios and leadership roles
  • A fast-paced, high-energy team environment
Why This Role Matters

The Client Sales Specialist is a revenue driver and culture carrier. You set the tone at the front desk, turn interest into action, and help create a studio experience that keeps members coming back.
