Rumble Boxing is a premium, high-energy boxing-inspired fitness brand built on community, intensity, and results. We're looking for a Front-of-House Client Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and is motivated by performance.

This role is the first and last impression of the studio. You'll drive membership and class-pack sales, manage leads, and deliver a professional, high-touch client experience every shift.

What You'll Own

Sales & Revenue

  • Sell memberships and class packs through in-person, phone, and digital follow-up
  • Convert leads into booked classes, trials, and memberships
  • Follow up daily on inquiries, leads, and no-shows
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Communicate promotions, pricing, and studio offerings with confidence
Client Experience
  • Welcome every client with energy and professionalism
  • Deliver a smooth check-in process and positive first class experience
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback quickly and respectfully
  • Build relationships that support retention and referrals
Front-of-House Operations
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for peak traffic
  • Support opening/closing duties and daily studio checklists

  • Support the Studio Manager with administrative tasks as needed
Your Background
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service environments preferred)
  • Confident communication skills (in-person and phone)
  • Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends as required
