***Only qualified Executive Assistant candidates located near Mountain View, CA will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence*** Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience - Calendar management, expense management, day-to-day administration • Strong communication skills in working with partners across functional groups • Strong collaboration skills Preferred Skills: • Experience with SOX or Internal Audit is highly preferred Duties: • Supporting 2 DIRs + 2 managers - these leaders will not require the level of support and high-touch as the other EA roles • Provides support and assistance to executives to ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving clerical, administrative functions, research, and management roles • Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others • Handles confidential information and communications • Full comprehension of the company's operation and procedures • May also be responsible for training and supervising lower-level clerical staff. Uses discretion, judgment and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities
