Job description

NationalCorporateAccount Manager

The NationalCorporateAccount Manager(NCAM)collaborates with the National Account Manager (NAM) todevelop and implementthe strategicgrowth plan for the designated customer(s).The NCAMis responsible forassistingtodriveaccount revenue growth, profitability, and the adoption of ResMed solutions.The NCAM isa keycustomercontactandworks with the NAM to providethe ResMed sales team with direction, leadership, and communicationregardingthe designated account(s).

  • The primaryobjectiveof the National Corporate Account Manager is to collaborate with the National Account Manager to support initiatives at a regional leadership level within the assigned account.

  • Works with NAM to develop sales goals for each account and reports on sales trends.

  • Drive key Resmed sales initiatives with regional/local management of assigned account/s

  • Work in conjunction with the field sales/sales supportteamsto uphold consistency, align,and execute strategic directives

  • Generate and analyze intelligence necessary to communicate direction and leadership to the salesteams

  • Elicit feedback on customer/market needs

  • Excellence in all forms of communication, including video and web conferencing

  • Establish, visit, and preserve an active network of both internal and external customers

  • Maintain knowledge of reimbursement environments affecting customer product lines, including non-ResMed services

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce.com

  • Ability to effectively analyze sales figures and provideaccuratesales forecasting

  • Ability to read, research, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

  • Ability towritereports and professional business correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and thegeneral public.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of successful outside sales performance in a business-to-business sale isrequired

  • Prior top-ranked Medical / Business-to-Business Sales

  • Motivated individual withdemonstratedexecution and results focus and accountability for continuous self-improvement along with an ability to act with a sense of urgency in all pursuits

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint

  • Comfortable with 75% Travel

*Residency near the assigned geography is preferred but not mandatory.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:$112,000.00 - $140,000.00 - $168,000.00 USD Annual USD.
