Driver

Location: Concord, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
  • Saturday-Wednesday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience

About Pyramid Healthcare

Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in behavioral healthcare, proudly providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are seeking reliable and compassionate Drivers to join our Concord, MA team.

As a Driver, you play an important role in our clients' recovery journey. Often serving as one of the first people they meet, you'll help ensure safe, dependable transportation while creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning.

Position Responsibilities
  • Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
  • Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with the treatment team
  • Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Prior professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations
  • Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
