Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (FT)

Shift: 3PM-11PM

JOB SUMMARY:

Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare defined by supportive environments that empower patients to overcome life's challenges. We offer a range of services including psychiatry, addiction recovery, and mental disorder treatment, allowing clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim their health and well-being.

BENEFITS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation.
  • Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
  • Coordinate client activities.
  • Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs.
  • Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
  • Assist with clients' dietary needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience preferred.
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
