General Manager Purpose

TheGeneral Manager owns all aspects of store performance, including sales growth,profitability and operational execution. This role leads daily operations, setsthe standard through example, and develops a high-performing team whileupholding brand standards and excellence in cleanliness, service and productquality to drive consistent growth and profitability.

Operations& Store Leadership
  • Leadall aspects of daily store operations, including opening and/or closing andshift management.
  • Ensureconsistent delivery of high-quality frozen yogurt, toppings and guestexperiences.
  • Overseefood preparation and production, maintaining freshness, quality and portionstandards.
  • Managemeal periods to ensure smooth service while meeting staffing and operationalneeds
  • Maintaincleanliness and organization throughout the store, enforcing health, safety andsanitation standards.
  • Monitorand maintain all store equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements asneeded.
  • Ensurecompliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
TeamLeadership
  • Ownthe full employment lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development,performance management and separations (in partnership with human resources).
  • Coach,mentor and develop team members and shift leaders to build a high-performingand engaged team.
  • Leadby example as a hands‑on operator, stepping in to support any role as needed.
  • Maintainproper staffing levels through effective scheduling, labor planning, andcross-training.

Financial& Performance Management
  • Takefull accountability for P&L performance, controlling food, labor andoperating costs.

  • Inventorymanagement which includes ordering, receiving, auditing and minimizing waste.

WorkEnvironment

Thisposition works in a store setting. The employee regularly comes into contactwith water, sanitation solutions, frozen and refrigerated products, powderproducts, water, ice, produce items and office supplies and equipment. Theemployee is frequently required to wash their hands. The noise level in thework environment is usually moderate to high.

Qualifications
  • 5+years of food/beverage, or retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thisfull-time role requires availability for a, 8 hours a day, five-day workweek.
  • Musthave a flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays asneeded.
Educationand Experience
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associateor bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, orrelated field preferred but not required.
  • 2-5+Years of leadership experience in food service or a similar fast pacedenvironment with prior management experience is required.
  • Provenleadership skills to recruit, hire, train and develop high performing teams.
  • Experiencemanaging full store operations, including staffing, scheduling and day-to-dayexecution.
  • Strongbusiness acumen, including planning, budgeting and P&L management with theability to analyze performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficientin labor scheduling, inventory management, and cost control practices.
  • Knowledgeof food safety, sanitation, and health regulations (ServSafe certificationpreferred or willingness to obtain).
License/Certifications
  • Mustbe able to reliably report to multiple work sites have personal transportation,a valid driver’s license, and maintain required automobile insurance coverage.Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.
  • ServSafecertification preferred or willingness to obtain.
PhysicalDemands
  • Thisis an on-site position requiring face-to-face interactions, telephonecommunication, and electronic email. Strong written and verbal communicationskills are required.
  • Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to usehands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
