As a
lead customer strategist, you'll be responsible for helping grow customer revenue by designing and scaling innovative customer experiences. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives focused on increasing customer lifetime value through cross-sell and upsell strategies across digital, marketing, and contact center channels. You'll combine data, customer insights, and experimentation to identify new opportunities, test ideas, and scale what works, delivering measurable results for both customers and the business.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.Must have qualifications- A minimum of 10 years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).
Preferred skills- Proven ability to take ownership of complex problems and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience designing and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels (digital, marketing, contact center, etc.)
- Strong background in data-driven decision making, including A/B testing or experimentation
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated success building and leading cross-functional partnerships, with experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders
Compensation- $98,400 - $131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
