Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience
Preferred skills
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, randomized test and control frameworks, and other statistical approaches relevant to measurement and decision support.
- Strong understanding of experimentation principles, including control group design, segmentation, sample design, measurement strategy, and interpretation of results.
- Experience creating standardized processes, templates, and governance within analytics or measurement functions.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with experience in Python, R, or SAS and Power BI/ Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses in a clear, business-focused way.
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200 /year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
