Job description

We are a commercial janitorial company that services the DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas. We are looking to hire an Operations Manager for the Houston book of business.
Responsibilities:

- Developing a good relationship with Clients.

- Scheduled visits to each facility.

- Managing of Independent Contractors.

- Hiring, training, and monitoring of Independent Contractors.

- Valid State Driver’s License.

- Positive attitude and is willing to work with coworkers.

- Strong composition and oral communication skills.

- Experience in a management role is preferred.
