Job description
In the Role
- Lead and drive financial performance across multiple sites and processes, ensuring sustainable delinquency results
- Establish strong partnerships with Centralized Leadership to influence strategy, execution, and performance results
- Execute strategies in alignment with company objectives while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to share insights, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Champion coaching and development efforts to strengthen team capabilities, engagement, and succession readiness
- Serve as the primary liaison for Central Business leaders fostering alignment, accountability, and operational excellence
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) or more years of servicing/collection/call center experience
- Ability to travel domestic
- Excellent communication and able to present to medium/large group
- Project management experience/skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or some post-secondary education
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish / English) fluency preferred but not required
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Five (5) years' experience in supervisory role
