Your impact
  • Transform detailed work instructions into precise mechanical assemblies
  • Use hand tools and smart torque drills to meet exacting standards
  • Verify quality through thorough inspections and accuracy checks
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and audit-ready
  • Raise issues early to supervisors to protect quality and throughput
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to meet production goals
Your toolkit
  • 6–12+ months of hands-on mechanical assembly experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (will be verified)
  • Comfort with basic computer systems and digital work instructions
  • Detail-driven mindset, strong communication, and eagerness to learn
  • Physical readiness for standing, material handling, and repetitive motions
How we work
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities
  • 1st Shift: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:45 AM
