Pay Details: $21.00 per hour

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate III to support advanced warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with leadership, mentoring, and process improvement opportunities.
If you have experience operating warehouse equipment, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping teams succeed, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations- Perform picking, packing, shipping, loading, and unloading activities
- Verify products using part numbers, labels, and inventory records
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation
- Utilize warehouse systems and handheld technology to support operations
- Safely operate:
- Reach Trucks
- Dock Stockers
- Cherry Pickers
- Conduct daily equipment inspections
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Inspect products for damage and discrepancies
- Resolve inventory and shipment issues when possible
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support inventory accuracy and process compliance
- Train and mentor new and less experienced associates
- Provide support across departments as needed
- Serve as a backup to Team Leads when required
- Help maintain workflow continuity and operational efficiency
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and standards
- Lead by example in promoting a safe work environment
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations
- Experience operating powered warehouse equipment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld devices
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
