What You’ll Do
As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials to maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship materials to support production and customer orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts to ensure precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address material-related issues and streamline operations.
What You Bring to the Table
You Must Have:
- Some experience in shipping, receiving, or a pick/pack environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills to manage inventory records and order systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
