• Own and accelerate the enterprise Golden Pathprogramby evolving the established ecosystem, contributor community, and operating model into a mature, enterprise-scale capability, driving governance, adoption, lifecycle management, standards, and continuous improvement across Application and Infrastructure-as-Code Golden Paths. Ensuring alignment with enterprise technology, cloud, and engineering strategies.

• Drive enterprise-wide adoptionof Golden Paths through technical leadership, engineering communities, architecture reviews, demonstrations, workshops, and internal communications that promote standardization, automation, and engineering best practices.

• Serve as the technical evangelist and subject matter expert for Golden Paths, influencing engineering organizations through thought leadership,executivepresentations, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-wide adoption and engineering consistency.Championing the use ofGolden Paths as the preferred method for delivering secure, resilient, and production-ready solutions, reducing developer cognitive load, accelerating onboarding

• Lead the next phase of the Golden Pathprogramby evolving the existing ecosystem, contributor community, and governance model into a scalable enterprise capability through defined ownership, quality standards, lifecycle management, documentation, testing, publishing processes, and long-term stewardship.

• Partner acrossEnterpriseArchitecture, SecurityArchitecture, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Software Engineeringto align Golden Paths with enterprise standards, pre-approved architectural patterns, Authority-to-Operate (ATO) requirements, and Secure-by-Design principles while enabling engineering teams to innovate within established guardrails.

• Serve as the technical productowner-establishingprioritization, success metrics, adoption goals, contribution standards, and continuous improvement plans based on developer feedback, platform evolution, and organizational needs.

• EnsureDevelopmentof andmaintenance ofproduction-ready reference implementationsthat embed security, compliance, operational excellence, observability, resilience, automation, and architectural standards by default while reducing implementation complexity and developer cognitive load.

• Identify, prioritize, and define new Golden Pathsby partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to translate business, technical, regulatory, and operational requirements into reusable, production-ready engineering patterns.

• Cultivate and grow the existing Golden Paths community, strengthening contribution models, engineering standards, quality gates, review processes, and governance while mentoring contributors and fostering broader participation across theorganization.

• Create comprehensive enablement resources, including documentation, implementation guides, tutorials, training materials, onboarding experiences, self-service assets, and knowledge repositories that enable consistent adoption across engineering organizations.

• Measure, communicate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Golden Path programthrough adoption metrics, developer feedback, engineering productivity indicators, reuse metrics, and business outcomes,identifyingopportunities to expand the library and increase enterprise value.

Whatyou'llbring

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloudengineeringor related technical disciplines, withdemonstratedsuccess delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.

• Proven experience designing and implementing reusable engineering frameworks, reference architectures, platform capabilities, or developer platforms that improve engineering productivity and standardization.

• Experience working across multiple engineering organizations and influencing technical direction without direct authority, building consensus among architects, engineering leaders, platform teams, and developers.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, software design patterns, security-by-design, governance, risk management, and compliance within large-scale enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business, technical, and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable engineering solutions and reusable standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to engineers, architects, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and highly collaborative with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Demonstrated success coordinating work across multiple teams with competing priorities, driving alignment, resolving dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery without direct management authority.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience building trusted partnerships across technical and business organizations while balancing strategicobjectiveswith engineering needs.

• Proven ability to influence technical decisions, negotiate priorities, build consensus, and navigate organizational complexity across diverse engineering organizations.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, architects, engineering leaders, product managers, and software engineers.

• Experience driving organizational change, technical adoption, developer enablement, and engineering transformation through communication, education, and community engagement.

• Ability toidentifyorganizational risks, remove delivery impediments, coordinate decision-making, and drive initiatives from concept through enterprise adoption.

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative engineering communities that promote knowledge sharing, reuse, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
