    Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It's a unique legacy of innovation that's fueled by great technology-and amazing people. This is a strategic, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of NVIDIA and Dell Technologies, focused on accelerating enterprise AI adoption through Dell's rack-scale accelerated compute offerings.

The GAM serves as the key liaison between both companies - aligning product teams, engineering, and executive leadership from definition all the way through to end-customer sales. A core part of the role is enabling Dell's global seller teams, ensuring they're equipped to effectively position, sell, and support NVIDIA-powered AI solutions. Many neo-cloud and hyperscale customers lack the in-house expertise to deploy today's AI solutions and rely on trusted OEM partners like Dell to guide them - making this partnership, and this role, critical to unlocking real customer value at scale.

What you'll be doing: Act as the primary NVIDIA contact for Dell Technologies rack-scale compute globally, and identify, align, and drive joint priorities with Dell Technologies Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). Lead product design-in through knowledge-sharing efforts to advise Dell ISG teams about NVIDIA AI solutions and our value propositions. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to craft, align, and refine joint rack-scale product offerings, methodologies, and packaged solutions.

Partner with Dell ISG sales teams to identify and develop end-customer opportunities powered by advanced technology. Support joint account planning and pipeline development to accelerate AI adoption. Assist in strategic deals by providing mentorship on solution positioning and customer value.

Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer happiness. Collect field feedback to inform NVIDIA's product, partner, and services strategy. Track key performance metrics related to service engagement and revenue impact.

What We Need to See: 12+ years of proven experience in rack-scale product development, business management, alliances, or Neo-cloud/Hyperscale customer sales within enterprise technology. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A Master's degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.

Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data center infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems. Familiarity with product planning and engineering organizations, including development, procurement, deployment and support models. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Experience working with or within large global system integrators or OEM partners, with Dell experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and partner leadership skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

A self-starter with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus. Experience with NVIDIA AI platforms, GPUs, or accelerated computing solutions. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Background in Neocloud/Hyperscale product delivery or AI adoption initiatives.

Familiarity with joint go-to-market models and partner enablement frameworks. Delivering time-to-market/first-to-market rack-scale solutions through Dell. Improved field preparedness and enablement across Dell sales teams.

Growth in customer adoption of joint services offerings. Measurable impact on deal acceleration and win rates. NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.

We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.

The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Applications for this job will be accepted at least until August 9, 2026.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. NVIDIA uses AI tools in its recruiting processes. NVIDIA is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
