NVIDIA's Global Account Manager position provides a remarkable opportunity to drive AI adoption globally. This role is both strategic and cross-functional. It is essential in accelerating the integration of NVIDIA's innovative technology with Dell Technologies' wide-ranging services. You will be a strategic partner and main contact between NVIDIA and Dell Services staff and leadership. Your role includes enabling, aligning, and backing joint efforts that are reshaping enterprise AI through consulting, deployment, and support services.

NVIDIA and Dell jointly foster innovation and expansion in enterprise AI! This job is key to growing enterprise AI adoption by combining NVIDIA's technological expertise with Dell's worldwide services reach. Enterprise customers often do not have the necessary internal knowledge to implement and take advantage of today's AI solutions. As a result, they rely on trusted services partners to achieve significant business value from AI investments. NVIDIA strategically broadens this expertise in the market through our primary partners. Achieving success in this role directly supports unlocking new customer value via coordinated, services-focused AI solutions. We focus on transferring knowledge, improving field readiness, and preparing Dell Services teams to optimally position, sell, deliver, and support NVIDIA-powered AI solutions from Dell Technologies. This GAM is vital for the success of this relationship.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Serve as the main NVIDIA liaison for Dell Technologies Services worldwide, and recognize, coordinate, and advance shared priorities with Dell's CIO and SVP-level leadership.

    • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to inform Dell Services teams about NVIDIA AI solutions and our value propositions.

    • Facilitate seamless communication and teamwork to craft, align, and refine joint service offerings, methodologies, and packaged solutions.

    • Partner with Dell Services sales and consulting teams to identify and develop service opportunities powered by sophisticated technology.

    • Support joint account planning and pipeline development to accelerate AI adoption.

    • Assist in strategic deals by providing mentorship on solution positioning and customer value.

    • Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer happiness.

    • Collect field feedback to inform NVIDIA's product, partner, and services strategy.

    • Track key performance metrics related to service engagement and revenue impact.

    What We Need to See:

    • 12+ years of proven experience in business development, alliances, or services sales within enterprise technology.

    • Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data center infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems.

    • Familiarity with services organizations, including consulting, deployment, managed services, and support models.

    • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

    • Experience working with or within large global system integrators or OEM partners, with Dell experience strongly preferred.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and partner leadership skills.

    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. A self-starter with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus.

    • Increased Dell Services pipeline and revenue tied to NVIDIA-powered solutions. Improved hands-on readiness and enabled greater autonomy within Dell Services teams.

    • Growth in customer adoption of joint services offerings. Measurable impact on deal acceleration and win rates.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A Master's degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

    • Experience with NVIDIA AI platforms, GPUs, or accelerated computing solutions.

    • Background in enterprise services transformation or AI adoption initiatives.

    • Familiarity with joint go-to-market models and partner enablement frameworks.

    • Passion for offering aid and mentorship to internal and external parties, a strong curiosity about business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills.

    • Confirmed ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple high-priority projects, where strong social skills are crucial.

NVIDIA is widely considered one of the world's most desirable employers. We attract some of the most forward-thinking and committed people in technology. If you're creative, driven, and ready to help shape the AI revolution, we want to hear from you!
