Position Specific Description
As the Manager, Reliability Standards & Compliance, you will play a critical leadership role in establishing and maintaining the governance, compliance, and information management processes that support one of NextEra Energy's most strategic enterprise programs.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional coordination across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Engineering, Development, Environmental, Treasury, Government Affairs, and other business partners to ensure critical compliance deliverables, reporting packages, documentation, and supporting evidence are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. You'll oversee document governance, reporting calendars, approval workflows, and compliance processes while partnering with leaders across the organization to promote a sustainable culture of compliance.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving process challenges, and has experience managing compliance programs, audit readiness, document control, or enterprise governance initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project leadership skills, the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversees and coordinates compliance activities, both internally and externally with regulating agencies
• Develops programs and strategies to ensure the company adheres to reliability standards
• Consults with business unit leadership to implement a sustainable culture of compliance
• Selects, develops, and maintains a professional staff
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 8+ years
• Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
