  • Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting document and report any abnormalities. Monitor utilities areas, production areas, and facilities areas.
  • Ensure completion of shift's assignments with complete thoroughness and ensure all parts used and any findings are properly reported. Troubleshoot equipment problems with maintenance team and be engaged in all areas.

You can see the bigger picture, build a plan, and then get on the floor with your team to make it happen. You're direct, decisive, and comfortable leading through change-especially in a fast-moving environment where safety, quality, and uptime matter.
    You bring:
    • 3-5+ years leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations within a high-volume beverage or manufacturing environment
    • Experience leading maintenance teams across multiple shifts, including scheduling, staffing, shift handoffs, and allocating resources in a 24/7 operation.
    • A strong understanding of equipment reliability, preventative and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reducing planned and unplanned downtime.
