A Day in the Life:
In the role of Senior Graphic Designer Americas, you will create and produce high-impact marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials across Monster Energy's M-Claw brands. This includes product sales sheets, point-of-sale materials, vehicle wraps, packaging, and other highly visible brand assets. You will ensure all deliverables reflect a consistent, high-quality visual identity that accurately represents the company brand while supporting the unique positioning of M-Claw brands within our portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional design execution.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Professionally interface with internal team members and external vendors. Work with art directors and staff members from sales and marketing to conceptualize and produce creative solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all stages are completed on schedule.
  • Design and produce innovative, on-brand packaging, print, and point-of-sale solutions for the company family of brands.
  • Manage assigned projects and delegate production work as needed to maintain high level of efficiency.
  • Communicate deadlines and requirements to traffic managers. Expedites the inevitable "rush jobs".
  • Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual designs that maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Uphold graphic standards and help to increase efficiency within production team. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding the quality and output of the entire design team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of brand assets, such as templates, icons, and style guides, to ensure consistency.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends, design techniques, and software to continuously elevate the team's creative output.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related studies. Equivalent technical trade degree or experience in graphic design.
  • 5+ years of experience in print graphic designer for large consumer, lifestyle brands.
  • 3+ years of experience in design software, web design tools.
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes.
  • Strong portfolio, Illustration and/or Logo designs. Photography skills a plus.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$90,000-$120,000 USD
