- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design requirements
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that communicate design solutions clearly
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and research to inform design decisions
- Analyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs
- Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Stay up to date on UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- 3+ years of Ui design experience (enterprise or product environment preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and end-to-end UX process

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
