Job description

The Customer Implementation Success Consultant will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful go-live with McLeod Software before moving to long-term support. In this role, you'll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as customer advocate during software implementation, providing support and issue resolution
  • Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training
  • Collaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on track
  • Participate in customer meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to key stakeholders

What You Bring
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills
  • Available for some travel (15%)

Requirements
  • Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.
  • Experience working on implementation/integration projects
  • Experience providing training experience or teaching in a formal or informal environment
  • Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (required)
  • Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with McLeod Software (required)
