Description:

JOB SUMMARY: 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support our marketing efforts by managing digital marketing channels, planning and optimizing content, and analyzing performance data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales. 


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • The below listing of essential functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager. 
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across several channels, including social media, display and affiliate. 
  • Assist in the execution of ad concepts by creating, editing, and updating assets for paid campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others as needed. 
  • Work with the marketing team to test and optimize creative assets and headlines for performance. 
  • Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets that align with broader marketing goals and campaigns, including copy, visuals, and videos. 
  • Analyze campaign performance, creative performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for performance improvement. 
  • Communicate and provide direction to external paid media vendors. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment. 
Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce or a related field is preferred, or a combination of an Associate degree in Marketing and two years of relevant experience is required.  
  • Previous experience with internet marketing/e-commerce in a business environment is preferred. 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • Experience with Canva or other video editing tools 
  • Ability to work independently and quickly in a fast-paced environment. 


 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Work is generally sedentary, with no specific need for physical coordination or effort. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, or occasional standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities.
