The Founding Engineer will be responsible for shipping features that enhance user interaction with the product, working closely with customers to identify needs and build effective solutions.

• You'll be the person who ships features that customers love.
• You'll work closely with customers, understand their workflows, and build the product surfaces that make our AI agents useful and delightful.
• Production AI agents that own real developer workflows end to end
• Customer-facing product surfaces in Next.js and TypeScript
• Agent-based systems that run long-lived, stateful workflows
• Retrieval, reasoning, and eval layers that improve continuously in production
• Document ingestion and processing pipelines across PDFs, policies, drawings, and emails
• Internal tools that let a very small team ship extremely fast
• Features that integrate AI agents into real customer workflows with great UX
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering
• Proven ability to ship features end to end, from backend to frontend
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with good product intuition and taste
• Customer-obsessed - you think about how users will actually use what you build and design accordingly
• High ownership, high agency - you own the outcomes, not just the code
• Fast learner who actively adopts new tools and frameworks
Preferred:
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or experience building with AI agents is a strong plus
