About the Role

As a Dealer Account Representative, you'll serve as a trusted partner to automotive dealers, providing consultative support, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that help businesses achieve their goals.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with client and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to understand customer needs, provide strategic recommendations, and drive account growth will play a key role in your success.
Responsibilities
What You'll Get to Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts, providing support and building long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities within your territory
- Develop account strategies, proposals, and recommendations that align with customer needs and business goals
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and solutions that support customer needs
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive account growth and customer retention
- Manage account activity, customer records, and pipeline updates in online business tools
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and drive results
Qualifications
What You Need
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field
- Ability to travel consistently throughout your assigned territory, periodically requiring overnight stays.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage customers in a consultative manner and recommend solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web-based tools
- Strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive, dealership, or OEM experience
- Territory management or business development experience
- Experience delivering presentations or product demonstrations

Individual compensation offered for this position will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Posted Salary Range
USD $55,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
