Job description

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as a System Life Cycle Management Integrator! This role on our team is responsible for being the technical interface for F-35 systems and system degraders between the F-35 Lightning Sustainment Center, the Joint Program Office, and other external teams. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, in Dayton Ohio.
What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Perform integration across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) including engineering, sustainment, and procurement.
Provide sustainment product support integration, coordination, and oversight to improve aircraft availability and reduce lifecycle support costs.
Participate in the planning, development, and execution of technical and sustainment improvement projects.
Perform technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, cost & risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total system products to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
Ensures the logical and systematic conversation of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, supportability and cost constraints.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Investigates and analyzes operational sustainment challenges to develop recommended solutions that detail impacts, risk, resource requirements, and potential efficiencies while ensuring solutions meet program safety and performance standards.
Brief results and recommendations of various technical and sustainment projects to senior leadership and the customer
Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.
