Job description

  • You will startup, operate, and maintain the air separation plants and all associated tanks, controls, and truck fill systems
  • Troubleshoot plant shutdowns and perform corrective maintenance to allow plant restarts
  • Coordinate scheduling of planned maintenance and perform preventative maintenance on plant components
  • Operate units to continuously supply products at the appropriate quantities and qualities safely and economically, complying with all environmental regulations and daily customer requirements
  • Further, you will monitor process performance and makes appropriate adjustments to remedy deviations and align to the specified norm
  • Read and interpret P&ID's, Electrical Schematics, One Line Diagrams, Equipment Manuals and company procedures
  • Perform calibration of analyzers, field instrumentation, and have the ability to troubleshoot control system problems
  • And you will perform lock-out tag-out, correctly and safely permit maintenance work, and oversee contractors as necessary
  • Safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all rotating equipment and associated mechanical systems including compressors, pumps, fans, and valves
  • Prepare and execute projects to improve facility availability and reliability
  • You will manage maintenance deadlines and PM intervals
  • And you will communicate with cross-functional groups and other business departments
  • Support maintenance of 7 satellite pipeline meter stations and occasionally assist team with DigTix locates to ensure Linde pipeline is protected during outside utility construction.
