THE ROLE: Concessions Manager

About the Role

As the Concessions Manager, you will lead the on-the-ground operations of Local Eats concessions team within Raymond James Stadium. This is a highly hands‑on role focused on event execution, staff leadership, and guest service. Candidates should expect to spend most of their time in stadium concessions areas actively engaging with team members, troubleshooting real‑time challenges, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from setup to breakdown.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)
  • Lead, supervise, and coach part‑time team members and volunteers during event operations, promoting a culture of exceptional guest service and safety.
  • Ensure efficient stand setup and execution on event days, including cleanliness, proper product levels, and functioning equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring product usage, conducting regular stand audits, and minimizing waste or shortages.
  • Analyze sales data and product performance to drive informed decisions around menu offerings, staffing, and inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on planning for upcoming events, including product ordering, stand assignments, staffing schedules, and logistical needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional, timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation and reports as needed.
  • Participate in stadium‑wide safety initiatives and ensure incidents are reported through the company’s risk management system.
WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the high‑volume foodservice industry, preferably in concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the high‑volume foodservice industry, preferably in concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a deadline‑oriented environment. Demonstrate leadership in managing team members and major projects or initiatives. Guest service oriented with the ability to communicate with team members, vendors, client representatives and guests in a positive and professional manner. Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work in a team environment and foster team collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale Software and inventory management systems. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 25lbs. Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators. Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games as well as all major stadium events. This position is event‑based operations. Follow and encourage teams to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.

KEY LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
