We’re looking for an organized and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our new AR team in Mexico. You’ll be part of an international function supporting Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and excellent customer service.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid AR experience willing to have executional responsibility for the territory. You will help to establish strong financial processes and deliver excellent service to our customers worldwide.

What you’ll do
  • Be the primary customer contact for outstanding invoices, reconcile accounts, ensure correct cash application, and manage daily AR transactions.
  • Support collection activities - following up on overdue payments and resolving customer queries.
  • Review customer credit deductions for accuracy, validity, documentation, and duplication and create credit memos in our ERP system.
  • Interface and communicate directly with customers via electronic, portal or direct communication (phone, online meetings) as required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our AR systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the team with reporting and process improvements.
What you’ll bring
  • 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Eager to learn and develop in an international finance environment.
