SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

TheAssociate Buyer (Temporary) leads the Men's Footwear team supporting executionof seasonal merchandise strategies that align with Lacoste's brand vision andbusiness objectives. This role partners closely with Buying,Planning/Allocations, Wholesale, Digital, HQ Merchandising, Marketing, Visualand Commercial teams to ensure the successful execution of product assortments,timely product launches, and inventory management across North America.

Theideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionateabout premium fashion, footwear, and consumer trends.

ESSENTIALJOB DUTIES
  • Developand execute seasonal assortments for the Men's Footwear category.
  • Analyzesales performance, inventory levels, customer demand, and market trends toprovide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepareweekly and seasonal selling reports, including style, color, size, and categoryperformance analyses.
  • Create,maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely productdelivery.
  • Maintainproduct information, pricing, cost, and assortment data within merchandisingand Anaplan systems.
  • Assistin assortment planning, line reviews, product presentations, and seasonalmarket meetings.
  • Partnerwith Planning to monitor inventory levels, replenishment opportunities, andpromotional/markdown recommendations.
  • Collaboratewith E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teamsto support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Supportsample management for meetings, photography, and product reviews.
  • Stayinformed on footwear industry trends, competitive brands, consumer insights,and emerging market opportunities.
  • Performadditional merchandising and buying responsibilities as assigned.
