Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an A/B-Testing Optimization Advisor.
Responsibilities:
* Optimizely: Test check-in's to ensure no active test shows any signs of degradation to performance; Presentation of dashboards to stakeholders to provide insights on test performance; Utilize Optimizely QA tool to confirm test metrics are firing properly
* Adobe Analytics: Review dashboards provided with test intake to ensure visitors and kpi's are accurately reported in test plans; Create and review adobe dashboards in relation to active test that need additional reporting outside of Optimizely tags
* Glassbox: Review session of test variants to research any anomalies in performance or behavior
* Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across various digital touchpoints (websites, apps, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.) to improve key performance indicators like conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue
* Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and development teams to define testing requirements, prioritize experiments, and ensure seamless execution and accurate measurement of test results
* Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify statistically significant results, draw actionable insights, and provide recommendations for optimizing digital experiences
* Advocate for data-driven decision-making and a customer-centric approach across all digital product experiences
* Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels, providing clear and concise explanations of complex data and recommendations
* Stay updated on industry best practices, new testing methodologies, and the latest A/B testing, and optimization tools
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6 years of progressive experience in a business or technical function performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to make data driven business recommendations
* 4 years of experience using split-testing software such as Adobe Target, Optimizely or VWO or similar platforms
* 4 years of experience using digital analytics software such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Web Trends
* Demonstrated ability to translate experimentation data into clear, actionable insights through the development of detailed dashboards and analytical reports in Adobe Analytics
* Strong understanding of re-engineering issues and challenges
* In-depth knowledge of testing platform technical specifications and capabilities, enabling the assessment and utilization of platform features for optimal testing outcomes
* Effective relationship building, communication and presentation skills
* Proven track record successfully delivering a superior digital experience and engagement strategy in the digital arena (web and mobile app); able to effectively collaborate with front-end development teams; Expertise in all key functional areas, including usability, UX, design, and information architecture
* Strong analytical/problem solving skills
* Ability to synthesize information for effective decision making
* Advanced knowledge and proven experience in designing statistically valid test hypotheses, leveraging analytical insights to drive effective experimentation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
