We're looking for an Account Executive who knows how to open doors, start conversations, and close new revenue. If you're a natural hunter with a proactive mindset and the discipline to build a strong, healthy pipeline, this is your chance to join a fast-moving team helping clients accelerate growth.
In this role, you'll focus on identifying high-potential companies, engaging decision makers, and clearly communicating how our solutions drive measurable value. You'll operate with autonomy, but never alone - you'll be backed by a supportive, data-driven sales organization built to help you win.
What You'll Do
  • Target and engage high-growth companies through outbound outreach (calls, email, social).
  • Build trust and relationships quickly with decision makers
  • Understand customer needs and position solutions that fit their business challenges.
  • Manage and advance deals through each stage of the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a strategic, forward-looking approach to pipeline creation and revenue generation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs tied to activity, pipeline, and closed revenue.

What You'll Bring
  • 1 - 2 years of experience generating net-new business (SaaS or digital advertising preferred).
  • Proven success as an outbound hunter and top individual contributor.
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to educate prospects on industry trends and communicate clear value props.
  • Skilled at finding new contacts within SMB and enterprise organizations.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Engage).
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
