Job description

Candidates must:

Monitor machines, equipment, and processes

Housekeeping to include washing up, raking up paper, shoveling debris, etc

Small repairs of paper mill equipment

Identify areas for process improvement

Perform test on either raw material or finished product

Perform fast walking rounds of work area continuously

Install paper machine clothing

Train other employees as well as receive training in multiple jobs throughout the plant
