JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of timelines for digital-owned tactics, including web/mobile, app, DDM, and team member communications, as part of broader campaigns or programs. This role ensures on-time delivery, scope management, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder communication across assigned projects.

Working within a cross-functional scrum team, the Digital Project Manager will facilitate seamless collaboration, track progress, and provide project reporting using WorkFront to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Project & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
    • Manage project intake, scope definition, and prioritization, ensuring clear objectives and requirements.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and approval workflows.
    • Facilitate stakeholder reviews and approvals, ensuring feedback is effectively captured and integrated.
    • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and potential roadblocks that could impact timelines.
  • Tactical Execution & Timeline Management
    • Own and maintain project timelines using project management tools (Workfront) to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Participate in kick-off meetings and status check-ins, ensuring teams are aligned on deliverables, dependencies, and expectations.
    • Proactively monitor project health, tracking milestones and adjusting plans as needed.
    • Ensure timely delivery of digital assets for both campaign and non-campaign initiatives by coordinating cross-functional efforts.
    • Manage scope and resource constraints, preventing scope creep and unrealistic commitments.
  • Process Improvement & Best Practices
    • Continuously evaluate and refine project workflows to improve efficiency and execution speed.
    • Assist in documenting and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project execution.
    • Actively participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide input on project management tools and methodologies to optimize execution.
  • Cross-Team Coordination & Resource Management
    • Support resource planning and allocation, ensuring teams are effectively staffed for project needs.
    • Partner with senior leadership to align project timelines with business goals and priorities.
    • Engage in cross-functional meetings to ensure clear expectations, feasibility assessments, and issue resolution.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required.
  • Preferred degree disciplines: Marketing, Communications, Marketing/Mass Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, Organizational Management, Graphic Design, Art Design. MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or production workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal review processes for digital content.
  • Experience in a fast-paced marketing or creative production environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Project Management: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and project management tools (i.e. Workfront, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Digital Marketing & Production Knowledge: Understanding of Web, Email, Mobile, and App marketing tactics and production workflows.
  • Tactical Execution & Timeline Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings, align teams, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Ability to track multiple projects, maintain documentation, and manage deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Proactive in identifying risks and resolving blockers to keep projects on track.
