Where You'll Make a Difference

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently to support enzyme manufacturing operations.
• Perform logistics activities, including warehousing, bulk material unloading, inventory movement, and product packaging.
• Monitor equipment performance and process parameters to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Utilize the Delta V process control system to monitor, control, and adjust production operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Complete routine inspections, equipment checks, and accurate production documentation to maintain compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, safety, and productivity.
• Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or mechanical plant environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret procedures, maintain production records, and follow detailed instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience working with automated process control systems such as Delta V or similar technologies.
• Background in industrial manufacturing, biotechnology, fermentation, food processing, or chemical production environments.
• Proven track record of identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
