Role: IBM BPM (Lombardi + IID)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Fulltime
BGV will be done for the selected candidates.
Job Description:
At least 8+ years of experience leading IBM BPM (Lombardi + IID) design, development and production support activities.
Excellent knowledge and understanding around design and development of Coaches/Coach Views, Business Processes (BPDs, Sub processes, Linked Processes, Integration/general system services etc.)
Must have experience integrating IBM BPM with external systems through SOAP, REST, JMS and JDBC protocols and mechanisms
Excellent knowledge around BPEL (long running and micro flows), mediation flows, inbound/outbound adapters (like JDBC, File, FTP etc.), import/exports etc.
Must have good knowledge around transformations, Data Maps and Sub Maps and exposing the IID flows through SOAP and REST bindings.
Excellent knowledge and experience around monitoring IBM BPM environment's runtime performance through Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk or others, to identify errors and suggest changes, both at the code as well as the infrastructure level (performance tuning).
Experience working with Brazos coach views and integration of BPM with ECM (FileNet) through CMIS is highly preferred.
Must have experience working directly with application owners/ SMES and application support teams to help resolve issues.
Must be familiar with establishing common patterns and set standards for application logging (business event versus system or technical logging) error handling, and process instance recovery.
Must have experience monitoring the IBM BPM environment using Process Admin Console - detecting infinite loops, expensive processes and service and how to fix them.
Should be able to ensure compliance with IBM BPM best practices and standards
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have experience managing a team and working in offshore/onshore model
