Our client is a comprehensive Mechanical Contractor, specializing in plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire protection, and piping services. Your new Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the success of your assigned project(s), including the planning, management, and execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to, communicating project expectations and goals to other team members, enforcing a site-specific health and safety plan, enforcing schedule deadlines throughout the project, submitting quotations, being responsible for coordination of site drawings, monitoring job costing, and preparing reports for review and other duties as required.


What you’ll need to Succeed

To succeed as the Mechanical Project Manager, you will take 3+ years in the mechanical construction industry, be familiar with construction and associated components, you will be detail-oriented, and have someone who can work independently, though also work well in a team, approachable and professional with customers, proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products and Autodesk/Trimble. Formal training in plumbing or engineering would be considered an asset.

What you’ll get in Return

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be entitled to earn a competitive compensation package ($100K-$125K). This can be increased/reviewed depending on experience, Company bonus, Vehicle Package or Gas Card, Extended Benefits, and 3 or more weeks of vacation. Entitled to shares in the company after one year. You will have the chance to join a young and ambitious team that are looking to expand in the next few years.
