Job description

AI, Architecture, Automotive, Data Engineer, Data Science, Machine Learning, Python

We are seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect & Data Scientist to lead the development of our AI-based Measurement Analytics Tool. In this role, you will design and deliver a functional Proof of Concept (POC) that turns high-volume, multi-modal vehicle telemetry and diagnostic logs into actionable software verification insights. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering data and efficient troubleshooting by architecting modular ML pipelines, intelligent search engines, and automated reporting systems.

#LI-TZ1

Requirements
  • AI & Data Science Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI systems development, with a track record of building and deploying production-grade models.
  • Core Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and its standard data science ecosystem along with experience in rapid UI prototyping.
  • Advanced ML & NLP Methods: Strong hands-on experience in time-series analysis, pattern matching, clustering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Data Integration Skills: Experience handling large-scale, structured and unstructured datasets, with the ability to ingest, parse, and correlate complex text logs and numerical measurements.
  • Automotive Domain Awareness: Familiarity with vehicle software verification processes, communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN), or diagnostic log structures is highly beneficial.
  • Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Job responsibilities
  • AI/ML Architecture & Pipeline Design: Lead the end-to‑end design, scaling, and deployment of machine learning architectures and data-processing pipelines optimized for high-volume automotive datasets.
  • Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Analyze, preprocess, and structure massive, heterogeneous text-based and numerical telemetry streams (such as bus logs, sensor measurements, and diagnostic outputs) to extract meaningful patterns.
  • Model Development & Core Analytics: Research, build, and train advanced analytical models—incorporating time-series pattern recognition, unsupervised clustering, and modern Natural Language Processing (NLP/LLM) techniques—to automate diagnostics and scenario reconstruction.
  • Software Prototyping & Integration: Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented modular code. Build intuitive user interfaces or APIs to package these analytical engines into high-performance, deployable tools within the enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between data science and automotive domain experts, mentoring team members, gathering engineering requirements, and steering code toward successful repository integration.
