Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role supports a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications. The candidate will be responsible for application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests
  • Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items
  • Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities
  • Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts

Requirements:

  • Technology operations or project coordination experience
  • Experience with Excel reporting and tracking
  • Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA
  • Experience with project planning, documentation, and status reporting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and quick learner
  • Strong follow-up and execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desired skills:

  • Previous experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Application management experience
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Risk, compliance, or governance experience

Pay range: $57.70 - $65.70 per hour
