Picture this: you arrive at our Fresh Mark facility in Canton ready to contribute to a team that counts on one another. On the line, consistency and care matter—whether you’re packaging, staging, or supporting operations. You’ll rely on your focus, stamina, and attention to safety while working in a refrigerated environment. In return, you’ll enjoy steady, full-time work, reliable pay, and room to grow.

Compensation
  • Hourly pay from $14.50 to $19.00, based on the position (final rate discussed during interview)
  • $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
  • Path to bid into higher-paying roles after 6 months
Typical Schedules
  • Workdays: Monday–Saturday
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m.–Midnight
