- Support the plant HR people strategy
- Manage conflict resolution
- Verify I-9 documentation
- Assists with employee background checks
- Maintaining employee records, keeping them up to date including administration within HRIS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 - 3 years' experience in the human resources function, preferably with specific experience in Human Resources Management within a production facility.
- Previous experience in a multi-national environment is a plus
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Displays high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
