The Paris Parts Distribution Center (PDC) is one of three Canadian PDCs that receives and distributes thousands of automotive service parts to our dealers across Canada, and is an integral part of the Ford Motor Company organization. Education: 

  • College diploma or equivalent is required. 

Experience: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or related role. 
  • Successful candidate must be fully fluent (read, write, and speak) in French and English. 
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Education: 

  • Bachelors degree is preferred. 


Experience: 

  • Proprietary system exposure. 
  • General knowledge of parts numbering systems, and dealership parts order procedures is an asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently to analyze and resolve technical parts issues.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

The expected monthly salary for this Ford of Canada position is $7,587.00 - $8,651.00 per month. 
 

Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of diploma/degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.

What you'll do... 

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

The general duties of this position include: responding to and resolving parts and service field inquiries from dealership and Company representatives; responding to unit down website requests and issues; providing modifications and/or substitutions of parts in order to expedite vehicle repairs and service; performing cataloguing duties and assisting in ordering parts commodities directly from manufacturers or assembly plants. Other specific duties include: 

  • Refer orders, provide promise dates, process back orders including the manual entry of orders into U.S. and Canadian ordering systems as required. 
  • Facilitate and assist in the redirection of parts including cross-dock and emergency orders. 
  • Answer and respond to Dealer parts and service needs via telephone, and online systems including email.
