Job Description The Project Manager for Healthcare is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of healthcare projects in the Philadelphia region. This role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, client communication, and overall project performance while ensuring work is delivered at a high level of quality and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, organized, and client-focused leader with strong healthcare project experience, financial acumen, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through complex project requirements in active medical, clinical, hospital, ambulatory, or health sciences environments.

Project Leadership Manage all phases of multiple small to mid-sized healthcare projects, from planning and design coordination through documentation, construction administration, and closeout. Lead project delivery to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are met. Coordinate project workplans, staffing needs, milestones, deliverables, and internal deadlines with firm leadership and project teams.

Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement solutions that support efficient and technically feasible execution. Maintain design intent, quality standards, and project goals throughout each phase of work. Client Relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure efficiency on schedule, budget, scope, and delivery matters.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-through, and solution-oriented project leadership. Financial and Project Management Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and financial performance indicators. Support fee development, scope definition, and project planning in coordination with leadership.

Track project performance, revenue forecasts, workplans, billings, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Prepare and coordinate Additional Service Requests when project scope changes occur. Deliver projects at or above expected profit margins while maintaining quality, client satisfaction, and project team effectiveness.Bachelor's degree in Architecture Architectural Registration strongly preferred

Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing architecture-related projects, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare projects. Minimum 5 years of experience managing healthcare project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, consultants, and client relationships. Strong understanding of healthcare facility design and delivery, including work in active clinical or hospital environments.

Knowledge of applicable building codes and healthcare regulatory requirements Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing support, staffing plans, and project performance tracking. Experience with Deltek or comparable project management and financial management software preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or related design and documentation tools preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication, client management, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. Ability to use sound, independent judgment and resolve complex project challenges effectively.Bachelor's degree in Architecture Architectural Registration strongly preferred.
