Description Executive Director, Consumer Data Strategy & Operations Role Overview The Executive Director, Consumer Data Strategy & Operations will lead the development of ELC's consumer data capabilities, audience foundations and governance frameworks as part of the new Growth Marketing & media organization. This role is responsible for establishing the enterprise capabilities required to enable audience-led marketing across ELC, ensuring consumer data can be consistently activated, and measured. Working closely with IT and Privacy teams, the Executive Director will define the standards, frameworks, and capabilities required to unlock greater value from ELC's first-party data assets and enable future growth across paid and owned channels.

The role will establish a common approach to consumer data management, audience governance and segmentation, creating the foundations required for more effective marketing execution. Qualifications Establish ELC's Consumer Data Strategy & Foundations Define the enterprise vision and roadmap for consumer data capabilities aligned to ELC's broader marketing transformation. Establish global consumer data standards, taxonomies, and foundational frameworks that can be adopted consistently across brands and affiliates.

Partner closely with Privacy, Legal, Security, and IT teams to ensure consumer data practices align with global regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Partner closely with other functions, regions and affiliates to define and prioritize global use cases to inform IT roadmaps. Drive value realization from consumer data investments through strong adoption, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Define Global Audience Segmentation Frameworks Lead development of ELC's global segmentation framework, creating a common approach that can be adopted across brands, categories, and markets. Define methodologies for identifying high-value consumer groups and monitor performance insights over time. Partner to ensure segmentation and audience capabilities are embedded within media planning, audience strategy, and measurement frameworks.

Build Global Consumer Data Operating Model Define the future-state operating model for consumer data across global, regional, and local teams. Establish global governance frameworks for audience creation, management, activation, and measurement across global EBS and media agency partners. Develop scalable ways of working that improve accessibility, usability, and adoption of consumer data capabilities across the enterprise.

Capability Building & Organizational Enablement Build enterprise understanding of consumer data, audience management, segmentation, identity, and governance principles. Create capability-building programs, playbooks, and communities of practice that accelerate adoption of audience-led marketing across ELC. Establish a global community of consumer data practitioners to share best practices, learnings, and innovation opportunities.

Drive adoption of common consumer data standards and audience capabilities across brands and affiliates. Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. Pay Range: Anticipated Base Salary Range $158,650.00 to $272,700.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly)
