Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and certifications such as PMP or Agile/Scrum credentials are highly valuable. Many Technical Project Managers work in cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical staff and business leaders to keep everyone aligned toward project goals.
