Overview/Summary:
Work directly with Customer Representatives including Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
Serve as initial point of contact for Internal and Government audits of formal Government submissions
Use strong SAP financial data gathering and advanced excel skills for submission preparation
Use experience in understanding the requirements of US Department of Defense (DOD): Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) regulations to interpret company compliance and advise on improvements when required
Prepare labor and overhead rates with supporting documentation
Prepare submission of DOD Disclosure Statements and accounting change impact submissions
Use understanding cost center structure and relationships to determine various cost impacts
