Whether you have recruiting experience or are looking to transition from sales, customer service, business development, account management, hospitality, or another people-focused career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, the Recruiter will:
- Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities.
- Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates to existing clients.
- Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, positive attitude with a desire to learn.
- Sales, recruiting, account management, customer service, business development, or related experience is a plus, but not required.
