Our office is located just minutes from one of the Chicago area's most desirable dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations, offering a convenient and vibrant location to work. Whether you have recruiting experience or are looking to transition from sales, customer service, business development, account management, hospitality, or another people-focused career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

    What You'll DoAs a Recruiter, with the support and guidance of a Recruiting Manager, you will build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while partnering with companies to help them find top talent.
    In this role, the Recruiter will:
    • Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities.
    • Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
    • Present qualified candidates to existing clients.
    • Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
    • Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments.
    What We're Looking For
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Professional, positive attitude with a desire to learn.
    • Sales, recruiting, account management, customer service, business development, or related experience is a plus, but not required.
