This role oversees service coordination, procurement, vendor relationships, asset and license controls, applications, and team performance.
What We Offer:
  • Purpose-Driven Technology Leadership - Support the systems and services that help thousands of employees deliver essential behavioral health care.
  • Organization-Wide Impact - Improve the reliability, responsiveness, and efficiency of technology operations across BHN.
  • Operational Ownership - Lead critical processes spanning service coordination, procurement, vendors, assets, licensing, and applications.
  • People Leadership - Guide staff performance, balance workloads, address challenges, and build a collaborative team environment.
  • Strategic Partnership - Partner with senior IT leadership, Human Resources, Fiscal, vendors, and program teams throughout the organization.
  • Professional Growth - Expand your leadership experience across infrastructure operations, vendor management, service delivery, and technology planning.
  • Comprehensive Benefits - Generous PTO, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, employee assistance programs, and more.
  • Certified Great Place to Work - Work for an organization recognized for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.

What You Will Do:
  • Coordinate IT activities for New Employee Orientation and collaborate with Human Resources to ensure employees receive timely technology support.
  • Manage IT appointment scheduling and monitor service volume, walk-ins, missed appointments, and related operational trends.
  • Triage new technology requests, clarify business needs, and coordinate appropriate next steps.
  • Receive and follow up on employee concerns involving Managed Service Provider performance and provide daily operational guidance to on-site MSP staff.
  • Manage procurement for IT hardware, software, and services, including purchase orders, invoices, supplier coordination, and reconciliation with Fiscal.
  • Oversee mobile-device ordering, secure flash-drive management, equipment purchasing, and the tracking of hardware and software-license inventories.

  • Manage statements of work by tracking vendor requests, recording status, and reconciling completed work with invoices.
  • Partner with the MSP to track root-cause analyses and follow-through for system issues.
  • Maintain the structure and content of IT Teams channels, OneDrive resources, the service-desk knowledge base, department access devices, and the password vault.
  • Develop technology-related content for BHN's monthly employee newsletter and other internal communications.
  • Supervise assigned staff by reviewing workloads, addressing performance issues, recognizing contributions, and supporting cooperation, stability, and effective conflict resolution.

Who You Are:
  • High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of IT management experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, virtualization, desktop computing, VPN, LAN, WAN, and WLAN; hands-on systems-administration experience or supervisory oversight of an IT function is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, balance workloads, address performance concerns, and build a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong customer-service and change-management mindset, supported by excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative while recognizing when consultation or escalation is appropriate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel, as well as web-based vendor portals and applications.
  • Familiarity with project-management systems and concepts, service-desk ticketing systems, and videoconferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Ability to work on-site within BHN's IT Department, travel occasionally to other BHN locations as needed, and lift or carry IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
